Returning Your Purchase

Thank you for choosing Austin's Fine Diamonds & Jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, we have established the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:
   - All sales are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period must be in their original condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Store Credit:
   - After the initial 7-day refund period, we offer a store credit for returns made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned within this timeframe must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Exchanges and Returns After 30 Days:
   - Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for items after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned beyond this period will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

4. Condition of Returned Items:
   - All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation (such as certificates of authenticity, warranties, etc.) intact.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team or visit our store with the item, sales receipt or proof of purchase, and any accompanying documentation.

6. Refund Process:
   - Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is approved and processed.

7. Exceptions:
   - Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

8. Final Sale Items:
   - Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Please note that this return policy is applicable only to purchases made directly from Austin's Fine Diamonds & Jewelry. For items purchased through authorized resellers or third-party vendors, their respective return policies apply.
